++ Annual Networking Platform for the International Team ++
In the days of the Web 2.0, in which international colleagues often only see each other "virtually", this annual personal meeting is of great importance. It cultivates relationships and the solidarity within the team when colleagues meet face to face and get to know each other. Therefore international annual conferences and sales conferences serve not only to provide information from the company headquarters, but also promote networking among team members and help the sales crew, which is distributed all around the globe, see itself as a team.

For Germanischer Lloyd (GL), Kontrapunkt carried out the Sales Conference 2011. The focus of this conference was GL’s strategy for the future and, above all else, the dialog of the team members with each other. To promote this dialog and collect the relevant statements, Kontrapunkt enriched this conference with the implementation of interactive conference tools. Using iPods, the participants could comment on the speakers' presentations in real time. From this, fertile and open discussions developed after every presentation; this was judged particularly positively by the employees in the follow-up.

With the use of interactive tools, as well as the individually coordinated media production, Kontrapunkt created a memorable framework for the many workshops and lectures during the three-day conference. Besides that, Kontrapunkt was also responsible for the attendee management, the entire organisation, the corporate design as well as the claim and logo design for the Sales Conference.
