Passion, motivation, discipline, staying power - only four of the many soft skills required in every business. For there are defeats, victories, and an active up-and-down on the rollercoaster of success. And then you must have a strong "fighter's heart" to prove yourself again and again.
This was the central idea with which Unilever lead through its annual start-of-the-year conferences in 2010 and 2011. The aim was to inform distribution partners about new products and concepts and then to give the joint starting signal for a promising new year.

To stage this central idea, Unilever selects a new parallel universe every year. For example, a sports theme - boxing and motor sport in the year 2010 - or Hollywood - with the “Kämpferherz Studios” (lit. "Fighter's Heart") in the year 2011.
Prominent protagonists report at the conferences on how they manage to motivate themselves to their best performances year after year and encourage the guests to listen to their own “fighter's heart”.
